Tribe Rules

Tribes on the cluster follow a few hard rules, enforced automatically on every map.

  • One tribe per player, the same tribe everywhere. Your tribe follows you across every map — you can’t be in one tribe on the Island and a different one on the Center.
  • Max 10 players per tribe, counted across the whole cluster — you can’t dodge the limit by splitting across maps.
  • Tribe names are unique on the cluster. If a name’s taken anywhere, it’s taken everywhere.
  • Everyone is in a tribe. Playing solo? You get your own tribe automatically.
  • Alliances are limited: each tribe can join 1 alliance, and an alliance holds up to 3 tribes.

Two ways to find (or fill) a tribe:

  • In game: type /lfg to put yourself on the Looking For Group list. Tribe owners check /lfglist and invite from it with /invite <id> — accept within 30 seconds and you’re in.
  • On Discord: the #recruiting channel — post that you’re looking, or browse tribes that are recruiting. Most tribes fill up there.
Command What it does
/invite <id> Invite a player to your tribe, using their ID from /lfglist
/accept Accept an invite — you’ve got 30 seconds before it expires
/lfg Put yourself on the Looking For Group list (stays up for 2 minutes)
/lfglist See who’s looking for a tribe
  • Full is full — the 11th invite gets refused automatically.
  • Accepting an invite merges tribes. Since everyone owns a tribe (even solo), when you accept, your tribe merges into theirs on the spot — your dinos and structures come with you.
  • Remove your ORP before joining. Tribe merges are blocked while the joining player’s tribe has an ORP placed — /removeorp first, then accept.
  • Kicked from a tribe? Next time you log in you’ll be teleported to a safe spot on the map, so you can’t be left trapped inside their base.
  • Left your tribe by mistake? Ask an admin quickly — an empty tribe can still be restored for 5 days before it’s cleaned up for good.
